Bio: Dawn has 24 years of experience in the Real Estate Management business and has held a Real Estate license in Virginia since 2000. While working for Oxford Management, Insignia Residential Group, and National Realty Management; three of the country's largest property management companies, Dawn received Property Manager and District Manager of the Year Awards for her outstanding performance.
Dawn's experience has included residential management, commercial portfolios , multi-family portfolios, totaling 3,000 units located in seven states along the East Coast. Dawn's Real Estate experience is very diverse including new construction, tax credit, luxury Class A, and affordable housing, as well as forty-year-old rehabilitation properties.
